My approach My approach to therapy is collaborative and centered around what works for you. Therapy isn’t about finding a “fix”. It is a process where we work together to better understand patterns, build coping tools, and make space for healing and growth. also believe in holding space for the complexity of emotions—there’s no “right” way to feel or heal, and I’m here to support you. I encourage open dialogue, reflection, and curiosity as we explore what’s weighing on you. I use evidence-based approaches such as trauma-informed care, CBT, and mindfulness, but I adapt these tools to fit your unique needs. Sometimes that means helping you untangle anxious thoughts, other times it’s practicing grounding strategies, or finding new ways to set boundaries and care for yourself. My focus Adulthood is HARD. Many of my clients come to me feeling anxious, insecure, overwhelmed, unmotivated, or feeling weighed down by past experiences. They're often balancing school, work, relationships, and identity in these spaces, but the weight of it all can get really heavy. You deserve to wake up with a sense of calm. In therapy, we create a space to process life's hurdles and past trauma in a way that allows you to move through your day with confidence. Change is possible even on days it feels so far away.
