About Lucy Rodriguez

Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Lucy graduated from the University of Georgia in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish. She went on to attend Mercer University in Atlantawhere she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2024. Upon graduation, Lucy was inducted into the ACAPT National Student Honor Society, Delta Phi Tau, and was awarded the Physical Therapy Department’s Professional Merit Award. Peachtree Orthopedics welcomed Lucy in July of 2024. Her clinical interests include hip and knee diagnoses, as well as working with active individuals and post-operative patients. She has experience across a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, and neurological and pediatric physical therapy. She plans to become certified in dry needling and manual therapy. Lucy has a background in classical dance and competitive swimming. A lover of animals and plants, she also enjoys traveling, running, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
