Mackenzie is the best physical therapist in the city! She helped me heal from my running injury and get healthy enough to run the NYC marathon. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients and I could not have been able to grow as a runner without her. She works so hard to not only treat you on site but build you a personalized plan for success. I could not recommend her enough!
I’ve been coming to Integrative PT for a few years (as one with chronic pain does) and want keeps me coming back is the tailored approach to my conditions. Mackenzie is inventive, an out of the box and creative thinker. She always has something up her sleeve that’s unexpected but so helpful. Her approach isn’t to the book, she understands every patient, especially the tougher cases like myself, need something different, and she’s that difference. She’s also very empathic and understands the emotional and mental pieces that come with being injured. She doesn’t just care about getting you better but she’ll put her everything into making it happen. Through the ups and the downs of the healing process, she is there every step of the way.
have been seeing Dr. Mackenzie Grillo throughout my pregnancy for my chronic back pain and she has absolutely transformed my quality of life. She has given me everything from stretches, optimal sleep positions, and manual treatments that have tremendously eased my pain. Now in my third trimester, my back pain has significantly been reduced, I am sleeping through the night and I am able to get through a long work day on my feet. I cannot recommend Dr. Mackenzie enough for her knowledge, expertise and kindness. I don’t know how I would get through my pregnancy without her!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Grillo for back pain, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I’ve received. From the very beginning, she impressed me with her deep knowledge and educational approach. She took the time to explain everything in detail, which really helped me understand my condition and the treatments being used. Her professionalism is outstanding, and she has a great personality that makes each session enjoyable. She creates an incredibly comfortable environment, which has been crucial in my recovery process. After every visit, I leave feeling significantly improved and revitalized. I see her regularly, and each time I’m reminded of just how fortunate I am to have such a skilled and supportive physical therapist. Highly recommended!

Mackenzie is super professional, completely fixed my shoulder problems and helps with any back pain I have! I used to not be able to sleep on my side before and now I have never slept better!
Healing :) I always enjoy my visits with MacKenzie because she makes the recovery process enjoyable despite the momentary discomfort that is unavoidable. I always feel better after my sessions.
It's always pleasant to be here, she always find and takes care of the issues I'm having to give me some relief, while having interesting conversation and make the time go really fast. She's great!!
Started therapy about 2 months ago after ceruical fusion, was very tight and range of motion was minimal. Mckenzie has helped out a lot through recovery and slowly getting back to normality.
Mackenzie and Christian are amazing!!! They take such good care of me and ease any worries I have - good people all around! :)
It was perfect, very professional and enlightning. It's unbelievable how far she has got me. When I started from Quadrasep surgery I was like a peg leg - now I can bend my knee over 110* and walking without a crutch of anything.
