I’ve worked in community mental health, correctional settings, and private practice, offering compassionate care across multiple states. My approach begins with trust. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered to make choices aligned with your values. I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology and hold multiple state licenses. My work integrates insight-building and evidence-based tools to support emotional healing and stronger relationships."

What should a new client know about working with you?

Dr. Serrano received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Serrano has also received specialized training in Forensic Psychology during post-doctorate training and has spent the last 17 years of her career.
