I take my work as a therapist and sharing these moments with you as a deep honor. I’m here to provide a non-judgmental space where we can learn about how your experiences and environment have impacted you, and work towards the future that you envision for yourself!
I love working with people of all ages and have specialized in working with children, youth, and families. A trauma-informed approach is at the core of my work and I love using this lens to better understand our brains, bodies, and relationships. Your values and goals are extremely important to me and something that will always guide our work together.
