I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego, which equip me to support you on this journey toward healing and self-discovery.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My presence is dedicated to hearing your stories and providing a space you don't have to mask. As a late diagnosed neurodivergent therapist, I derive great joy from assisting others in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and their needs. I offer premarital therapy to help you and your partner strengthen the foundation of your relationship and explore your shared values.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am committed to creating a cozy environment where you can feel safe. My approach to therapy is guided by my love and passion for creativity and connection, utilizing a multicultural and trauma-informed framework. I employ a combination of therapeutic approaches, including the Gottman Method, strengths-based techniques, Narrative Therapy, and parts work in my practice. I will stand by your side, encouraging you to discover the keys to your healing that already reside within you.
