I walked into physical therapy hoping to see someone who could identify the parts of my lifestyle that was causing my upper back pain, whether it was my gait, posture, muscle imbalance, or habits. While I understand that back pain is hard to attribute to specific factors, I didn’t feel like Dr. Arbilo was able to convey what could possibly be the cause. All she did for me and the person next to me in the room was apply heat and play soothing music that put me to sleep. I had gone to a different PT earlier in the week, and he was able to identify potential causes for my knee pain and I expected Dr. Arbilo to be able to do the same.

It was fun! They are very accomodating and it reliefs on my pain especially the shoulder blade. The massage is very good and well done by Shernan and ultra sound therapy by Dr. Claire. Overall, kudos to all the staffs.
