About Dr. Matthew (Matt) Ricci

Matt is a Utah native who grew up playing a variety of different sports, including swimming, running, basketball, and water polo. It was through sports that Matt initially came into contact with the Physical Therapy profession and he became interested in pursuing a career in rehabilitation and working with athletes and others to help them return to highest functional levels. Matt received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Exercise Science. Matt attended physical therapy school at Angelo State University in San Angelo Texas where he earned his 3 year doctor of physical therapy degree. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist and a member of the APTA. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and he enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, golf, snowmobiling, and almost anything else that gets him outside.
