I believe that the relationship we build in therapy can be deeply healing. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and relational patterns with the aim of deepening awareness, working through unresolved experiences, and expanding your capacity for change. For adults, this is achieved primarily through the collaborative and relational approach of psychodynamic therapy. When working with children, I incorporate play therapy to support their emotional expression, development, and connection.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I am dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space and building a therapeutic relationship in which you are supported in expressing and understanding yourself. I bring warmth, compassion, curiosity and acceptance to our work.
