What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me is fluid and personal, wherein I help you build a cognitive map of your emotional patterns over time, while supporting you every week with perspectives, emotional/cognitive self-regulation skills in order start feeling better from the start. Meanwhile, we trace your current emotional challenges to their roots, release trauma-based patterns and help regrow parts of you that never received the proper care throughout your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Working with me, you experience a balance of immediate relief of emotional pain, while deepening a cognitive framework for understanding and restructuring life-long patterns over time. You learn to feel better now, and to regrow parts of yourself that never received proper care in order to begin to fulfil your full potential over time. Depending on your needs and goal, you can start to feel better now, while learning to restructure your life in alignment with your deepest goals, dreams and values as we continue with our work and you begin to experience deeper levels of unfolding. Whether you need relief now, or to understand and shift old patterns of emotion to rebuild your whole life, you will derive benefit from working with me. I ask my patients to attend to their feelings in working with me, so that you know that out connection feels "right" and as this is clarified in your own experience, deeper layers of change become possible with the development of trust and mutual respect.
