What should a new client know about working with you?

As a skilled clinician and listener, my purpose is to offer you space to explore your concerns, learn new ways to approach problems and break patterns that no longer serve you and to help you learn self-compassion as you cope with whatever challenges, disappointments, or surprises life has thrown your way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I like to take my time getting to know you and understanding your concerns from your perspective. Our work wil lbegin with 1-2 sessions focused on an intake evaluation which includes diagnostic questionnaires. I review the results of these with you and explain the treatment plan. Our work includes 60 minute sessions weekly to address your concerns for at least 3-6 months.
