    Amazing therapist, would highly recommend!
It was very self improving and intriguing.
I saw Michael on a weekly basis for a number of years - both in individual therapy and in group therapy. Michael taught me how to handle and contain my depression & suicidal ideations by using ACT, along with some DBT. Michael skillfully navigated between challenging me to grow and empathizing with me when I went through difficult times. Beyond being a consummate professional, it was clear to me that Michael cared about me as an individual. My opinion of Michael is that he is a stellar psychologist who has his clients best interests first & foremost, and I would recommend him to those looking for a great psychologist.
Extremely helpful and patient. Dr. Adler is easy to speak with and as professional as they come. He identifies issues that typically go unnoticed and provides immediate and tailored methods to constructively change for the better. Highly recommend
