It may also include learning anxiety-reducing strategies, establishing routines to harness ADHD, or working through the grief accompanying a significant loss. I have worked extensively with men, women, and adolescents dealing with anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, early trauma, and grief and loss. I also work with high-performance, career-driven men; women with anxiety; veterans and current servicemen and women; professional athletes; and college students, to name just a few. Christian counseling is available upon request. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Liberty University.

Additionally, I incorporate an existential outlook, recognizing that our sense of meaning and purpose deeply influences how we experience life. By weaving together these elements, my approach supports clients in navigating challenges, fostering self-awareness, and aligning their actions with their personal values and goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Each session is a conversation toward greater health. Whether we are unraveling the complex web of childhood struggles that have led to your current barriers to growth, articulating achievable therapeutic goals, combatting the pervasive negative self-talk that you’ve convinced yourself is true, or learning and implementing effective coping strategies, the goal of each session is a renewed sense of motivation and hope.
