Molly is a trusted peer and consultant whose clinical insight I hold in high regard. Her EMDR expertise and supervisory experience bring clarity and depth to our conversations, and our collaboration consistently strengthens my clinical thinking.
Molly was incredibly helpful for my relationships, both personal and family, and my conception of self. She does an awesome mix of both EDMR and talk therapy, which worked in conjunction to consistently lead to valuable insights Could not recommend her services higher for anyone looking for guidance, improvement or inspiration!
Molly is a terrific therapist. Her approach is holistic and well-considered, and she brings tremendous insight, warmth, intelligence, and perspective to our sessions. She has a comprehensive understanding of trauma and a wide array of tools (EMDR, IFS, CBT, and more) that have left me feeling more integrated and better-resourced. And she has a great sense of humor.
Molly has made such an amazing difference in my life since I have begun seeing her. Together we have been able to work through the issues that arise in my life, as well as discovering why certain events and stressors evoke such an emotional reaction from me. With her help I have been able to find ways and techniques that allow me to navigate the world around me in a better and happier way. I am forever grateful for the help she has provided me, and cannot wait to continue working with her in the future.
I've been in and out of different types of therapy on and off for years (since highschool), but never seemed to find someone that just "got it". It was always an exhausting process of vetting one therapist after another and usually found myself feeling like I'd end up talking about what at the time, was the same narrative repeatedly. Meeting Molly a year ago, I knew I'd met someone that was different. My experience with Molly and through sessions of EMDR left me with resolution. She's assisted me with healing; the big stuff to the little, and understanding patterns associated. She consistently is the voice and ear I look forward to seeing and can credit Molly with so much of the growth and development I've had thus far.
I have been going to Molly for a while and recommend her highly, she is patient and helpful in a lot of different ways. Visits can vary from meditative and calming to reflective and talkative - I feel she really provides a range of resources to help with anxiety, feelings of being overwhelmed, and self-doubt. She provides perspectives as well as techniques that allow me to leave most visits feeling uplifted, even if topics discussed were sad or distressful to think about, because of the confidence I've gained that I can apply these perspectives/techniques. Molly remembers the past conversations, triggers, and tools that have been explored in previous visits, and this too helps a lot toward continued progress.
It's hard to overstate the positive impact that working with Molly has had on my life. Over the course of the last ~year, Molly has helped me to build up an arsenal of tools, strategies, and resources to manage difficult situations and day-to-day stresses. During our initial consultation call, she made me feel comfortable by answering all of my questions and providing details on her approach, without ever being pushy about moving things forward. She was very supportive throughout the entire on-boarding process, and has maintained that depth of care throughout our time together. Whether working through trauma/using EMDR, practicing mindfulness, or just talking through what's on my mind - I always leave her sessions feeling heard and grounded. In summary - I can tell she genuinely cares about my experience in sessions, my progress outside of them, and my overall well-being. I'm incredibly grateful to have Molly as a therapist and highly recommend her if you're seeking one.
Molly is the first therapist I’ve worked with and has been incredible. She is a great listener and has a calming presence. She provides valuable input, questioning and insights into whatever we are discussing. Molly utilizes EMDR techniques and has taught me how to use different mental tools / techniques to help center me throughout the week. I’ve felt that I’ve grown a lot since working with her. Our weekly session is an opportunity for me to reflect and have personal space with a professional who has enabled me to better process difficult moments in my life and uncover a lot of self learnings. Really thankful to be working with her!
I saw Molly for almost 9 months (both EMDR and talk), I felt very supported during the process, she made me feel safe and understood. She gave me tools and resources to self-soothe, take more risks in my life, understand and resolve unhealthy patterns. It was a very transformative experience, she is non-jugmental and empathetic which made me feel comfortable to dig deeper into my traumas. I feel more confident and empowered and feel very hopeful about my future. I highly recommend her!
Molly is a deeply compassionate, intelligent, and perceptive therapist. She has offered me care that is tailored to my style and comfort, but she has also gently challenged me to grow into areas where I need more strength. I came to Molly for help managing PTSD, and related symptoms like panic attacks. She has helped me develop concrete strategies that offer tangible relief. I use these strategies every day now; I feel more capable and whole than I’ve ever been. Therapy should make you feel seen, heard, and safe. It should make those feelings familiar, and accessible to you even after your session is over. In her work, Molly offers that sort of therapy. It’s dope.
Molly is a really great therapist and remains very empathetic and kind while taking a productive, almost educational route in managing thoughts and emotions. She helps make mental wellness feel more manageable and gives tools/resources I can use in my day to day life.
Molly was a therapist for a family member and I met with her as well on multiple occasions. She brings an exceptional combination of compassion, dedication and analytic rigor to her work. She is very skilled at what she does, and totally focused on applying those skills to help her patients. If I were a therapist, I would strive to be like her.
Molly has been a critical part of my recovery. She has helped me make significant, long lasting changes in my behavior and thinking to lead me closer to my goals. Under her care, not only have I learned to live without substance abuse, but also to overcome feelings of anxiety, depression and fear. Molly’s warm presence made it easy to share what’s really going on. I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her!
Molly is an incredibly caring and experienced clinician. She has a warm and comfortable way of connecting with her patients. I couldn't have been more pleased with my time under her care, and I would recommend her highly to anyone!
Molly was instrumental in kickstarting my journey to recovery. When I first started seeing her my life was a mess, and I thought I had no strength left. She quickly assisted in creating a treatment plan for all of my struggles. With her skill of EMDR work, I was able to finally address traumatic events in a place that felt safe for me. EMDR was pivotal in changing my outlook on life. Molly taught me meditative and mindfullness tools that help ground me on daily basis. She was also able to help guide me in the early days of sobriety. Through added family therapy Molly was able to help me to build a new and healthier family dynamic. She creates a relationship with a client that feels safe, validated, and secure. Molly is great at pushing me to recognize and reach my full potential. I am forever grateful for the work I did with her.
Molly is exceptional at her job. She gave me all the tools I needed to succeed during a difficult time in my life. After each session with Molly, I’d instantly feel better about myself and any situations I went into the session fearing. Molly helped me learn how to live a happy life without using drugs or alcohol. Overall, Molly is super trustworthy, amazing to speak with, and a fantastic therapist.
I attribute a great deal of my early success in recovery to the work I did with Molly when I arrived in New York at 20 years old. The openness and availability as a professional allowed me to build a new life in a new city. Safe places are few and far between and I am beyond grateful for Molly's direction, suggestions, and support. The best part is that I was able to not just focus on my recovery, but rebuild many areas of my life including finishing my undergrad education, building a career in finance and regaining the trust of my family & friends. I am forever grateful for the early work I did with Molly; if you or someone you know is struggling, I strongly encourage you to reach out to her. Since working with Molly I have not found it necessary to pick up another drink or drug. Today walk through life today without fear, six years clean and counting.
Molly was amazing. Super inspirational. Felt like she understood exactly where I was coming from, and I felt incredibly supported. Changed my life, honestly. Opened a lot of doors for me, mentally, and gave me the opportunity to see potential within myself. Which got me excited about life's possibilities. Can't put a value on that. Amazing. Highly recommend.
