I have struggled with debilitating anxiety, excessive worry and mild depression since I was a young child. It wasn’t until a bit later in life that I realized just how unhealthy my coping mechanisms were becoming and that I needed to make serious changes to my mental health, and quickly, if I wanted to actually enjoy life. With Monica’s warm approach and incredible wealth of knowledge in healing holistically using mindfulness and meditation, I was able to slowly incorporate those practices into my daily routine and I’ve never felt better. I finally feel where I’m at a place in my life where I can finally start “living.” She is truly the best out there.

I started seeing Monica when I was going through a very difficult time in my life. I immediately felt comfortable and safe in her office, and her sweet therapy dog was an added bonus. She was always on time, fully present with me, and knowledgeable about the issues I was experiencing and how to best help. I strongly recommend her to anyone ready to make big changes in their lives!
