Physical therapy sessions with Monique were structured and anchored in solving current issues, while also taking into account long term goals. The combination of those allowed me to get back to training immediately in a capacity that would not further add injury, but also set me up for significant strides forward in terms of mobility, pain management, and functional strength. Exercises were rooted in effective movements and treatments that appeared simple, but given the results and the reduction in pain that had been increasing for years, were very clearly not. Instead, they demonstrated a high quality diagnosis and treatment plan that was also highly effective.
For athletes who are serious about training and suffering from chronic overuse injuries, Monique understands the impediments and knows how to address them. This was my second round of physical therapy under Monique’s guidance (the previous for an acute injury as opposed to this one which stemmed from chronic overuse), and every asepct of the therapy was great (even when it was hard).

Monique is phenomenal! Unlike other medical professionals I’ve seen regarding my pain and discomfort, she listened to me and validated what I was saying. I feel seen and heard. I also feel optimistic because we have a plan. She is incredible with adjustments, as well. Highly highly recommend her!

Monique is highly competent and an absolute pleasure to work with. She treated two separate issues (knee and wrist) and managed to fix and strengthen me more thoroughly than I could have ever hoped for. Working with Monique was pleasant, physically challenging in the right way, fun, educational, and very encouraging (aside from that she has a great taste in music).
The studio is beautiful, sun lit, super clean, newly renovated, and has an overall positive workout energy.
My physical therapy experience, both with Monique and F Squared was excellent. I can highly recommend it!

Since June of 2016, I have been under the care of Monique Dupree. When you look up the word "blessed" in the dictionary, you will see a picture of me working with Monique in my physical therapy visits. I COULD NOT WALK in June after my arthroscopic knee surgery for a meniscus tear because i had Sciatica on my opposite side and bulging discs on both sides of my pine were discovered. YIKES! YESTERDAY, September 27th I was able to ride the exercise bike WITHOUT pain! When I think of how far I've come along, I'm confident I will reach Full mobility! MONIQUE DUPREE is by far, the BEST encourager & supporter in my journey back to total recovery. I LOVE F SQUARED!!!

I enjoyed working with Monique. She had a very easy going and professional manner. It was easy to trust her and feel comfortable with her treatment. Her directions were clear and she was very supportive and understanding when it came to uncomfortable physical monents when treating my ankle. My experience was that she seemed skilled and confident in her practice.
