About Dr. Myriah Pahl

Dr. Myriah C. Pahl (she/her) is deeply passionate about helping people heal with the power of their own bodies. She never ceases to be amazed by the transformations that can take place with the care and attention of hands-on physical therapy treatments. She is committed to combining her years of experience with empathy & a soft approach to address her patients’ chronic pain, postural imbalances, and acute injuries and to help explore and resolve physical discomforts. Dr. Myriah is a positive force in helping her patients set and achieve their own personal health and wellness goals. Individualized one-on-one treatments and a holistic approach to patient care are cornerstones of her practice. She brings attention to alignment, control, soft tissue restrictions, and the mind-body connection in treatment sessions. Her treatments are designed to be lighthearted and enjoyable. Myriah received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from The Graduate Center and Hunter College, City University of New York. She has a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Eugene Lang College, The New School. She has taken continuing education courses in Manual Treatment Techniques for Headaches, Myofascial Release, Visceral Mobilization, Sacroiliac Joint and Lumbopelvic Spine Treatment, and Back Education and Training. Myriah holds a certification in Pilates (mat) and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200); she has studied and continues to explore the application of yoga to physical therapy treatments. When not treating patients Myriah can be found backpacking on the side of remote mountains, thinking about the next elaborate meal she’s going to cook, and deep in thought or laughter in yoga classes around the area.

Good Life Physical Therapy, specifically Myriah, is the best physical therapy I have had in the past 40 years. She then applies her diagnosis unerringly to the problem in her treatments in a compassionate and understandable fashion. She even accepts my insurance! I highly would recommend her!

Myriah is a knowledgeable, compassionate, joyful physical therapist. From the interesting exercises, she had me do on the facility's pilates equipment to the streching and massage she gave me, not only does my long-standing back pain continue to improve but I feel overall stronger and in more alignment.
Myriah is very knowledgable and explained my injury in terms that I can easily understand. She is very detail oriented and corrects my exercises to ensure efficent recovery. I would highly recommend her.
