What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe mental health care should be compassionate, supportive, practical, and effective. I will help you create awareness of patterns that may be holding you back and contributing to a lack of fulfillment, vitality, or confidence. You can expect me to support you while simultaneously encouraging you to think differently or act differently in order to feel differently. I’ll provide you with a space to process emotions and events, as well as actionable tools you can use outside of our sessions. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness coaching.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide video and in-person options for therapy. Evening appointments are available.
