I support individuals facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias, attention concerns, sleep issues, work stress, burnout, relationship struggles, mood and personality disorders, substance use, and psychotic disorders. I’m passionate about helping people from diverse multicultural backgrounds find clarity, balance, and a stronger sense of self. My therapy approach is integrative and personalized. I use CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, ACT, and Person-Centered Therapy to fit your unique needs. I believe every person is different, so I tailor treatment to honor who you are and what matters most. Together, we’ll define your meaningful life and build the tools to reach it. I completed my graduate studies at Albizu University’s APA-accredited program in Doral, FL, and have over five years of experience working with diverse clients.
