I'm a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona with over 25 years' experience in hospital and mental health crisis settings. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Arizona State University Tempe Campus. Since 2017, I've been providing 1:1 therapy and am currently accepting new clients.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Let's connect so you can see why my clients say I'm easy to work with and have made their changes more enjoyable and less stressful. I use humor when appropriate using Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Brief therapies thru online platforms like Headway, Alma. Support Network, and SonderMind. You will use worksheets to support our talk therapy to learn coping skills to minimize and manage your stressors.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Congratulations on taking the difficult first step toward making positive change in your life. Review my calendar to set a date/time for to discuss your goals. We'll work together to tailor a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific therapy goals. My focus is to help you learn to cope/manage stress, anxiety, depression, life changes/transitions, grief/loss and general mental health conditions by providing an empathetic approach to help you do something different since what you are doing no longer appears to be working for you in a way that treats everyone with respect.
