“I am a 47yo transgener male. I have been sessioning w Paul since 2016. I came to therapy for severe childhood trauma / CPTSD w borderline alcohol abuse. Opening up to people was not something I was never comfortable w. I really needed to find a professional that could "handle" a difficult case. It was important that I speak w/an LGBT therapist and who one who engages w non-judgement whatsoever. At first I thought I'd try a few months w Paul...eight years, we have worked tirelessly touching on every imaginable self-issue. Today I'm 9months alcohol-free and live my day-to-day nearly without anxiety. My partner of 15ys has witnessed a rebirth of the broken person I was - we are living our best lives! I choose to continue working w Paul because we have formed a strong bond. It's clear I would not be the mentally healthy person I am today if it wasn't for the work we've put in together. I feel strongly in long-term therapy, continually learning and growing to be the best version of myself.”

“Paul is an incredibly insightful and supportive practitioner. Sessions have focused on collaboratively exploring and deconstructing my perceptions, experiences, triggers, and feelings. Then in turn using this information to identify steps for growth, healing, better identifying my needs, and standing in my power. Paul helps me better navigate this thing called life and process my understanding of it all. Paul is truly empathetic, caring, flexible, and outstanding to work with! So much so this is my second time starting up my sessions and I actually look forward to our weekly meeting. For anyone who has had a bad experience with therapy, my first thought is that's because you haven't found the right practitioner. Trust me when I say Paul is the right practitioner, and I feel fortunate for the positive experience of working with him through this process. ”

Paul is an empathetic therapist that cares. He doesn’t abruptly end sessions when time is up and there’s a sense of closure to the meeting. I’ve had therapists in the past that would leave me feeling frustrated and anxious after a session. Paul listened and understood my issues, and I was able to see my situation with greater clarity. He has real knowledge and genuine compassion.
This is by far the best therapist I ave ever consulted. Intelligent, sensitive, intuitive, adapts to your style and is very practical in his advice so that you can apply it to your everyday life. I recommend him absolutely. Best I have worked with. I am deeply grateful to him.
Paul is an exceptional therapist with knowledge and resources to guide his clients and help them grow and advocate for themselves.
I worked with Paul on and off for over three years for generalized therapy. He always took time to check in with me at the beginning of every session and made me feel listened to and validated. He also took time to receive feedback on what was working (or not) for me during sessions. I was able to identify and work through some thought patterns and learn to be kinder to myself during my time working with Paul. Ultimately, we both recognized that I was at a time and place to continue work with a specialized therapist for a specific diagnosis, which Paul took time to educate himself on and assisted me with my search and transition. He wanted what was best for me and helped me to continue my therapy journey! I highly recommend working with Paul.
I've discovered new dimensions of myself thanks to therapy and Paul's guidance and support. He has an uncanny ability to delve into the underlying layers of thoughts and emotions, helping me uncover aspects of myself I hadn't yet been aware of or been ready to fully acknowledge.
Paul is a great therapist. He genuinely wants you to get better and gives you a push when needed. Right from the first session, you can tell he's not just there to do a job but actually cares about helping you figure stuff out.
If you're looking for a therapist who combines a deep understanding of emotions with a practical, caring approach, Paul is your go-to. I'm very happy I found him. I've made a lot of progress.
Paul doesn't sugarcoat things but also doesn't make you feel like you're on your own. He strikes a balance between being there for you and making sure you take responsibility for your own growth. What makes him stand out is that he's not afraid to challenge you a bit, pushing you to see things differently and make changes.
