Welcome! I specialize in working with gay men and LGBTQ+ adults. I also specialize in anxiety, worry and panic. If you have been looking for an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist who understands the issues unique to our community, please feel free to reach out! What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach uses a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). ACT focuses on acceptance, self-compassion and living by your values, while CBT helps you challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. Together, these approaches can help you create a life aligned with what truly matters to you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am a Therapist (LCSW) in Private Practice. I live in Phoenix, and work with clients online by video session in Arizona, Indiana and New York. I am in-network with Aetna (employer-sponsored plans only), Cigna, Optum, Oscar, Oxford and United (excluding AHCCCS, Medicaid and Medicare). I look forward to connecting with you!
