“The physical space is the most bright, clean and beautiful PT space I have ever been in. Paul is incredibly attentive and knowledgable. He asked a lot of questions to get to the root of my issue. By the end of our session I felt hopeful that I could over time get to a point where I'd no longer need to get spine injections to manage pain. A great experience overall and beyond any other PT I have been to before. Highly recommend. ”

Paul Ochoa knows his stuff, and we get a lot done in our allotted hour. Best physical therapist!
Wasn’t impressed with the quality and attentiveness of the therapist or heir approach at all.

Paul is the best! I’ve been seeing him for almost 10 years. He is really knowledgeable and has not only helped me heal but made me a better runner. I recommend him to everyone who needs a PT.

Great experience, would highly recommend
Paul is an amazing physical therapist. I had pretty intense glute and hip pain from a workout injury and visited two physical therapists before I found Paul. Within 2-3 sessions, I experienced major reduction in the pain I was experiencing. With consistent sessions, I've gained the majority of my mobility and range of motion back. He's super knowledgeable, empathetic and doesn't overwhelm with too many exercises to do at home. He's really very good — I recommend his practice to my friends.

Paul Ochoa is an amazing PT. I have been a dance professional for over 30 years and could not continue without him. He remains current in the evolving PT field and introduced me to new therapies that were very effective for me. I would highly recommend Paul Ochoa. D.U.

Would I recommend Paul Ochoa?!? I've *already* been recommending him. As a trapeze artist, himself, Dr. Ochoa is very familiar w/ the types of sports injuries common in our industry. As a former professional dancer and current trapeze instructor, I've seen a number of physical therapists & Dr. Ochoa is the first one I've visited who actually resolved the issue that incited the visit. Moreover, the exercise he prescribes are reasonable, as opposed to other PTs who wanted me to stop what I was doing 4-5 times a day to lay on my back & stick my legs up against a wall.

Im a trainer and have been training for local power lifting competitions. After a pretty severe injury to my lower back during a squat I went to another PT that was recommended by my coach that was supposed to specialize in people who power lift and olympic lift. after 3 months of what just seemed like a simple de-loading program, I had no results. I found Paul through google of all places and decided to give him a shot. After 6 weeks he had me back on MY program with occasional check ins. This guy knows his stuff, communicates well and has ZERO ego. Ive been recommending him to people at my gym ever since and I was happy to give him a 5 star review
My doctor referred me to see Paul after my Labrum repair. Rehab was not fun hahah but Paul really took me through things step by step. I felt very taken care of and now im back running and lifting. Solid guy and very talented
Paul is the best! I really love these guys and the one hour sessions. I went in after tweaking my neck one morning and I was done in 4 sessions. I was surprised at how fast they work
I had an ACL reconstruction last year and saw Paul before and after the surgery. He was so helpful in coordinating PT with my surgeon the day after surgery. my surgeon recommended I go one week after surgery but im glad Paul spoke with him and pushed for the next day. I couldn't have gotten through those for few days without his help. For those of you who have had ACL surgery and know what im talking about... this guy is amazing
im a long distance runner (ultra marathoner) that was referred to Paul by an old coach of mine. Ive had issues with my heel that has kept me from running to my normal capacity and Paul was able to really piece together things that other people ive seen, weren't able to. I've seen improvements after 2 sessions and would highly recommend him
I cant say enough about this place. easy scheduling, online forms, everything upfront before the appointment. my session with Paul was amazing! I definitely have work to do but I feel like I'm in good hands.
I found F Squared on Google a few months back and had a great experience. I saw Paul and Monique for my neck issue. I thought it was a posture thing but they really helped me to get through myths I didn't even know were myths about posture and neck pain! really gave me a new outlook on things that still keep me pain free
I've been to several PTs for my back issues. No one has ever been as thorough and attentive as Paul. He really put my mind at ease and gave me a plan that didn't leave me needing to be in PT for months at a time
