Mental illness is complicated, but I'll work with you to find a simple solution. Many come to my practice feeling overwhelmed or discouraged after treatments that didn’t fully help. I take a conservative approach to medications and believe treatment decisions should always be made together, based on what the patient is comfortable with. The goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard and can move toward greater stability and improved quality of life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer therapy, medication management, and have experience in neuromodulation such as TMS and ketamine treatment. If the medications you've tried haven't helped, we'll work together to find something that does.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You are not alone, there is hope, and there will always be a plan B. No matter how complicated things feel, we'll get through it together.
