What should a new client know about working with you?

I will provide you a safe and understanding space to explore your emotions, thoughts, needs, and build resilience. We will work collaboratively to gain insight, explore and improve your dimensions of wellness, and develop healthy strategies to achieve your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Individuals come to therapy for different reasons. Some come to manage a specific concern or stressor, and others need a reflective space for clarity and exploration. This is your journey. I will start by getting to know you by understanding and respecting your history, experiences, values, strengths, and current needs. As we continue sessions, I will help you identify themes and patterns. We will work together to challenge the maladaptive ones and promote the healthy ones. The pace can be adjusted as you need.
