They are free of charge and help us both determine if we're a good match to work together.* Welcome to my practice. I provide individual psychotherapy for adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, the pressures of parenthood, and periods of change. Many of the people I work with are high-achieving professionals who are used to managing a great deal on their own. My goal is to offer a thoughtful, supportive space where we can work together to identify your goals, gain a fuller understanding of yourself, and remove the obstacles that stand in the way of a more satisfying and fulfilling life. I'm based on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and see patients throughout New York and New Jersey, and virtually in Florida. Finding the right fit between patient and therapist is extremely important, so I offer a free phone consultation to help you decide if working together feels right to you.
