I’m Dr. Rena Pazienza, a licensed clinical psychologist with a PhD in Counseling Psychology and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University at Albany, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from The State University of New York. Populations served: Adults 18 + Particular experience with veterans, healthcare workers, college students, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+. I believe fit is an important part of the change process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Treatment will be tailored to fit you and your goals. Generally, we will meet weekly for 45-60 minutes across the course of therapy. You will complete homework between sessions to reinforce skills learned and apply therapeutic tools to real life.
