“As a first responder with the FDNY and a College Basketball official when you get injured in anyway it’s very frustrating and the unknown of getting back to the things you Love to do makes you realize how important your health is. All staff members put me at ease and gradually got my confidence back and into a routine that was always new and challenging exercises geared to getting me back to the things I Love to do! Please know you have to put the work in for results and they will be positive and always willing to help but, it’s on the individual as they supply you the tools to get better. Great people as well and you get to know peoples families and lives as all of us have many things in common. A Big Thank you to all and please know helping others as I do not even knowing them is a great feeling especially when see them get back to the fire floor, a sport, the office or simply a better way of life physically.”

About Richard Flynn
Originally injured playing high school soccer, which led to my interest in physical therapy. After graduating from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1991 with a bachelor's degree, I attended Touro College and University System in Central Islip, where I earned my Master's in Physical Therapy in 1994. I went into private practice from 2000 to 2015 before selling my practice to Professional PT.

Richard and his team are awesome They are dynamic professional respectful and friendly. They make you feel welcome and comfortable while they work on you there is lots of laughter as well as exercise

I've had several shoulder surgeries on both left and right shoulders and this last time a Reverse Replacement on the left. I initially started going to Coram facility because it was local but soon realized that the people there are genuine and really know what they're doing, very concerned.. After my 4th surgery I had moved and went to another provider that was very local to me, approximately 1 mi.. Their facility was only mediocre and I did not feel the level of Professionalism from that physical health care provider.That Experience had brought me back to Professional Physical Therapy in Coram even though they're not really local to me anymore.. it's almost like their family. I've been going there so long and will continue to go there as soon as I have my final surgery on my right shoulder, which will be another reverse joint replacement. It really does make a big difference where you go and who treats you and how well they treat you. Hopefully soon I'll have a final surgery on my right shoulder and when I do you know where I'll be going, back to Professional Physical Pherapy and Coram.. They really are very experienced and they really do care.. The entire team there is great Rich, Meredith, Dominic and especially you Kevin, you bring a nice level of excitement to the atmosphere there which sometimes is necessary because as patients we're down a lot sometimes but you really do help.. Thanks buddy..Thank you Professional PT..
