About Dr. Riley Waldeck

Riley was raised in central Washington where he developed a love for playing sports and being active outdoors. Living an active lifestyle sparked a passion in Riley to learn about human biomechanics and injury recovery. He now uses this understanding to help others improve their own levels of performance; the highly competitive athlete and the average person alike. Riley received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Biola University in Southern California. During his undergraduate studies, he competed collegiately on the men’s soccer team earning all-conference and academic honors. He later returned to the Pacific Northwest to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Eastern Washington University in Spokane. Outside of the clinic, Riley enjoys spending time and trying new restaurants with his wife Kayla, exploring the outdoors while running and backpacking, and engaging in friendly competition playing indoor soccer and pickle ball. Riley is eager to serve the Boise community through partnership with his patients, educating them on how their bodies move and what their bodies are truly capable of. Riley is a firm believer that the human body is strong, robust and highly adaptable and enjoys celebrating with patients when they achieve higher levels of function than prior to injury.
