Bob really helped with my anxiety and I cant wait to meet with him again!
Bob was really good at helping me with my addiction!
I booked an appointment for September 7th. On September 4th, I received a voicemail from the office stating that Bob would be unavailable that day and that the caller would be emailing me other options. I never received that email. Then the owner of the practice called me on the 6th trying to confirm the appointment, stating zocdoc wasn’t showing properly. We ended up getting it figured out, and had the first appointment. The first appointment went well, and Bob said he would follow up with me during the week to check in before our next appointment. That never happened, so I did not attend the second appointment. Bob felt it was appropriate to send me a snarky text later that day about how “I would have appreciated the common courtesy of a communication if you could not make the session. I have a schedule and a life too.” Bob, what I would have appreciated was you holding yourself to the same standard of communication you want to hold your patients to.
