I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 15+ years of experience with adults facing various life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflicts, stress, navigating transitions, identity development, parenting issues, and ADHD/ADD. I also provide family and couples counseling sessions, helping to strengthen communication and connection in our most meaningful relationships.

My style is compassionate, positive, and non-judgmental, and I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT helps people learn to identify and change thought patterns that have a negative impact on their behavior and emotions. I work with clients to help develop more desirable thoughts and behaviors to help improve their overall mood and well-being

I believe in a collaborative approach in which the therapist and client work together to reach their goals in a warm, positive, empowering setting while helping his clients explore, gain insight, and take action toward greater wellness by overcoming inaccurate or unhelpful beliefs and fostering greater self-compassion.
