Rosemary graduated in 2013 with a master's degree in social work from Adelphi University School of Social Work in Garden City, New York. She is an independent therapist with a passion for helping individuals overcome their obstacles and differences. Rosemary continues to learn the art of therapy by taking courses to improve her skills so she can continue her passion for helping others meet their goals and lead fulfilling lives.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Rosemary’s goal is to provide clients with a warm welcoming experience. She is very supportive and empathetic, with her long term goal of empowering others by providing them with the tools to help them through their challenges.

Rosemary Bianchini asked me what I do for a living.
I told her, she looked at me like she was disappointed in me, then blatantly asked me if I was delusional. I asked her why she asked that, and she replied by telling me that when I described my career and current job, it seemed that I was being grandiose which gave her the impression that I might be delusional.
I then showed her my LinkedIn profile and portfolio. After she read them, she tried to walk her comments back and apologized, saying, “I’m sorry - you have had jobs I don’t know or understand, so I thought you were making it up or were having an episode.”
I’m Black.
Rosemary Bianchini believes that, unlike white people, Black people looking for therapy cannot achieve in their careers. For her, my description of my long career plus the fact I was in her office meant to her that I was lying about my number of diagnoses and my quality of life.
Rosemary Bianchini is not safe for BIPOC or LGBTQ+ clients. Do not see her.

Rosemary is excellent at what she does. I feel supported throughout every session and always leave feeling more confident in managing my challenger. She always takes the time to listen to me which makes our session very successful for me. I highly recommend to anyone seeing behavioral therapy to use Rosemary.
