About Dr. Ryan Wolff

Ryan is a graduate of the Moorestown High School, Class of 2009, where he ran Cross Country, Indoor Track, and Outdoor Track, captaining all three teams in his senior year. It was during these years, when he was often injured, that he discovered his passion for physical therapy from the patient perspective. He then went on to Quinnipiac University where he majored in Health Sciences during his undergraduate career and finished with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015. While at Quinnipiac he continued his running career, earning Academic All American honors four times. During his graduate school, he also conducted research studies on the cross country teams, aiming to improve fitness and decrease injury rates. In his time at the The Training Room, he has helped to develop a program specifically for runners that aims at restoring strength and mobility, correcting mechanics, and ultimately decreasing injury rates while increasing performance. He continues to run marathons in his free time, often serving as his own guinea pig while finding new ways to push his patients to the next level.
