About Sally Platt
I've known from a young age that I wanted to be in the medical field, though I wasn't exactly sure in what capacity. That clarity came when I injured my left shoulder during my soccer season. I visited a physical therapist who not only helped me recover but also inspired me to pursue this field. Seeing the impact of rehabilitation firsthand solidified my passion for helping others heal and led me to my career in healthcare. I earned both my Bachelor's degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College, which provided me with the knowledge and skills to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

I have treatment at StarPro for lower back pain due to disc degeneration. Thus far, I am extremely pleased with my therapy. Sallie is the best! From day one, she has displayed her experience and knowledge in my process of healing. She knows when to expand my treatment as well as where continued treatment is needed. Sallie is always pleasant and shows concern for my mental well-being as well. By happenstance, when I mentioned my involvement with physical therapy at StarPro to 4 neighbors and friends, they all had high praise for StarPro as my choice of treatment based on their own personal experience at the Mount Vernon location. StarPro, especially Sallie, is the best!!

I have been to several PT places in Westchester over the past three years for my spine. Sally Platt, PT, DPT and the rest of the therapists are phenomenal. They all have their Doctorates and know what they are doing..... and what they are saying. Sally is like a visit to your kind and patient surgeon without the knife. Unbelievably, they are in Fleetwood above the famous Fleetwood Bakery (Angelina's). Who knew?

An excellent facility. Bright, clean, many windows, good motivating music, superb equipment and above all a caring and extraordinarily skilled staff. My therapist, Sally, is working with me to help a lower-back pain issue and is using a variety of targeted and varied exercises, stretches and massage to move me along at a realistic, yet challenging, pace. As is true of all the staff, you really feel the professional expertise and great human caring at a deep level. I have had PT elsewhere before, and do not hesitate to recommend StarPro, and this Fleetwood facility, with great enthusiasm.
