About Dr. Samuel (Taylor) Mulford

Taylor is a Utah native and his interest in the human body began at a young age when he took an anatomy and physiology class in high school. During that time, he dislocated his shoulder in a rugby game and thus his interest in physical therapy first began. Taylor studied Exercise Science at Utah State University where he excelled in advanced level courses. Taylor was a teaching fellow in the biomechanics and human physiology courses and still enjoys teaching others about the intricacies of the human body. Taylor was then privileged to attend The University of Montana where he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Taylor met his wife in high school. At the beginning of his second year of physical therapy school, he, his wife and their two year old daughter surprisingly welcomed twin girls into their family. Though he enjoys many extremely manly hobbies, most days he is found belting Frozen songs, getting his nails painted, and hosting tea parties with his 3 energetic little girls. Taylor is dedicated to his patients and utilizes a compassionate approach with an emphasis on patient education. His mantra in rehab is “you can’t go wrong getting strong.” He loves to work collaboratively with his patients to come up with an individualized treatment plan to help them achieve their goals.
