“Helio KC saved my ankle before my wedding day! I sprained my ankle just a couple days before my wedding, and I went directly to Sara to have her work on it and give me exercises and a care plan to get me back to normal as quickly as possible. Sara always made sure she wasn’t causing any pain when she was moving my ankle around and it felt so much better after working with her! The old R.I.C.E strategy definitely wouldn’t have worked as well as seeing Sara. Couldn’t recommend enough!”

Dr. Sara Arnold is a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist. She graduated from the University of Missouri Columbia in 2016 and then completed an orthopedic residency in Kansas City, MO. She has completed advanced training in manual therapy and therapeutic dry needling. Helio KC saved my ankle before my wedding day! I worked with Sara for 2 years and she is one of the most intelligent and caring therapists I’ve ever worked with! She helped me through so many different aches and pains as a coworker/lovely boss and was able to dry needle to help with my migraines, TMJ pain, and other muscular issues. Sara is top notch! You will love her and her new clinic!
