About Dr. Shane Searle

Shane was born and raised on a farm in Burley, ID. He completed his undergraduate work at Idaho State University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. He continued his education and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Idaho State University in 2013, and has earned a post-graduate certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment from the McKenzie Institute in 2017. Shane became interested in physical therapy because of his love of sports and his intrigue with sports injuries. He has a keen interest in orthopedic physical therapy and sports medicine and rehabilitation. He loves to meet new people and says that his favorite part of physical therapy is developing lasting friendships while helping people return to work, sport, and life as quickly as possible. Shane and his wife Jessica have 4 boys, Ethan, Brycen, Trey, and Blake. Shane loves spending time with his family, playing whatever the latest and greatest fads of the time are with his kids. He enjoys all types of sports but especially basketball, ultimate frisbee, snowboarding and wakeboarding. Shane also loves to play the piano and sing acapella with his dad and brothers.
