Following the October 7, 2023 massacre and the subsequent Israel–Hamas war, Dr. Ferber participated in resilience-based outreach efforts that took him to hospitals, military bases, and crisis-afflicted communities throughout Israel. There, he met with residents, medical staff, trauma specialists, and survivors, witnessing firsthand the psychological resilience and enduring strength of communities facing ongoing threat. This international work has deepened his expertise in both classical and emerging trauma treatments, including biofeedback techniques and resilience-building protocols adapted for conflict zones and mass casualty environments. His treatment approach integrates evidence-based therapies customized to each client's unique needs and goals.
