What should a new client know about working with you?
I use psychodynamic therapy to explore how early experiences, and unconscious patterns shape your present, and EMDR to help process and integrate distressing memories. I'm also the author of a workbook for adult children of alcoholics, and my work is grounded in a deep understanding of relational trauma.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach begins with creating a safe, supportive space where you can share openly and without judgment. Together, we identify the core patterns or stressors that may be contributing to your challenges—whether anxiety, relationship struggles, or life transitions—and develop practical tools for emotional regulation and insight. I use evidence-based methods such as CBT, mindfulness, and EMDR, as well as depth-oriented approaches that help you connect with meaning and self-understanding. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you move toward lasting change.
