Psychotherapist

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in supporting artists, performers, and anyone navigating anxiety, stress, or creative blocks. My trauma-informed and collaborative approach creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore openly, reconnect with your authentic voice, and move toward the life you want. Whenever you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey. My approach My approach to therapy is collaborative and flexible. I bring an authentic, nonjudgmental presence so you can feel safe exploring whatever is on your mind—whether that’s past/current trauma, anxiety, guilt/shame, creative blocks, or life transitions. Sometimes our work may be structured and goal-oriented; other times it may be more exploratory and creative. I draw on both traditional counseling tools and creative approaches like music therapy and mindfulness to help you find what resonates best. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in moving toward where you want to be. My focus I work primarily with artists, performers, and creative professionals who are navigating performance anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, or the pressure of balancing their art with daily life. Many of my clients are singers, actors, dancers, and musicians who want to reconnect with their passion and perform with confidence, as well as learning new ways to manage stress, process emotions, and build self-compassion. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your authentic self, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care. My communication style I’m warm, open, and down-to-earth in my communication. You can expect me to be genuinely present with you—I listen deeply, reflect honestly, and respond with empathy. I also believe therapy works best when it is a real relationship, so I bring authenticity and even humor into sessions.
