I believe therapy is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel grounded in the present moment. I provide holistic, compassionate support for individuals navigating anxiety, relationships, self-worth, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I take an attachment-informed, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach that integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and the mind-body connection. Together, we can honor and love what is while creating what can be, building on your strengths to cultivate greater self-awareness, balance, and connection.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, grounded space where you can slow down, be yourself, and feel truly heard. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and holistic, incorporating mindfulness, attachment, and mind-body awareness. When working with children, I may also incorporate simple American Sign Language (ASL) to support emotional identification, communication, and regulation. We will work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you, honoring where you are while creating space for where you want to go.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions are collaborative and tailored to what feels most meaningful for you that day. We may reflect on your experiences, including early relationships with primary caregivers, and explore how those experiences may shape your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns today. We may also practice mindfulness or grounding techniques and identify practical, meaningful steps that support your goals and help you feel more connected to yourself and your everyday life.
