My goal is to develop a therapeutic partnership and work with you, so you may achieve greater self-awareness, self-reliance, self-control and self-esteem. The therapeutic modalities I employ are evidence based. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), anger management, and attachment theory when assessing relationship difficulties. I am also certified in the Nurtured Heart Approach. My skills and education will help us identify what’s not working in your life and allow time to step back, reflect, and shift your approach.
