I am a telehealth counselor and provide professional health education via a virtual platform. I am Domestic Violence certified and a LGBTQi plus advocate. I am a Master's Level graduate of The University of Nevada, Reno, with a degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology. I also graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in Hotel Administration, where I became an entrepreneur in the restaurant, retail, and music business.
My approach
We will work collaboratively with Cognitive Behavioral techniques. Educate; practice; process. Our goal will help you become your own counselor and learn how to cope with daily life.

My first session with you
Please come casual and comfortable. We will have a first meeting assessment that will feel like an interview. Then we will go over key education for the first visit and get you started on your journey.
