Hello! Welcome to your first step on your mental health journey. I am a native New Yorker, born and raised in the projects on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. I strongly believe that my upbringing and life experiences have shaped me into understanding how the environment can positively and negatively affect the mental health of individuals and their families. I hold a Bachelor's degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, a Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, and a Certificate in Marital and Family Therapy from Long Island University. I strive to build a strong therapeutic bond and like to create a safe space for my patients to feel comfortable sharing with me. I’m part of Resolute, a practice offering high-quality, insurance-covered therapy and psychiatry, with comprehensive support to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for our clients.
