I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Mercy University, which equips me to support individuals navigating these challenges.

With therapy, I create a space that feels authentic and non-judgmental for us to connect. I provide psychodynamic and Cognitive behavior tools for a bigger picture understanding. While using emotional focused techniques to stay present with your feelings. In therapy, we will work together to dissect issues and implement goals you want to achieve.
