Hi there, I'm Tricia! Looking for a therapeutic place to grow, explore present or past conflicts, and improve your mental health? Therapy is a place for change, gaining deeper insight, and learning to work through troubling concerns and issues. My focus If you're struggling with mood changes, unresolved trauma issues, or simply want more growth in your life, then taking the next step towards treatment will empower you. I provide a free 15-minute consultation to help determine if this is the right fit. My approach I often tailor treatment to the client's needs. The first few sessions will lay the groundwork for how treatment will progress. Some clients opt for more structured visits, such as using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). However, some individuals prefer a deeper, more insight-oriented process for treatment. My communication style I practice a non-judgmental environment where you can reflect on your experience to develop deeper insight regarding your challenges. My journey to mental healthcare I obtained my doctorate and have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including primary care, outpatient, and in-patient treatment. My passion for clinical work started during my process of completing a master's degree. My goals for you Treatment is a collaborative space where specific goals will be discussed so you can make the improvements you desire. Our first session The first session will be an intake visit where various aspects of your history will be gathered.
