About Dr. Tristan Clements

Dr. Tristan Clements is an Idaho native who grew up in small towns across South-Eastern Idaho, spending his time outdoors hiking, camping, climbing, and playing football, wrestling, and track. An injury in football led to being a physical therapy patient himself, where he was initially exposed to the rehabilitation world and began cultivating a passion for helping others achieve their goals in rehab. Tristan completed his undergraduate studies in Exercise Science and Health at the University of Idaho and loved the area so much he decided to get a master’s degree in Movement and Leisure Sciences, too (Go Vandals!). In 2023, he completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. Although his didactic learning stage of life is finished, you can always find Tristan learning about something new with his commitment to lifelong learning and striving for excellence in the field. In his spare time Tristan enjoys reading, playing board games, and anything physical activity related such as hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, snowboarding, resistance training, and especially running. His hobbies are enjoyed to a greater extent when shared with his wife and kid. He has wanted to be a physical therapist since high school and is excited to be with Wright PT here in South-East Idaho.
