Dr. Victoria Haghnazarian, PsyD

Dr. Victoria Haghnazarian, PsyD

Psychologist
CA
Hi there, I'm Victoria! I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist practicing in health psychology. I have extensive experience working with adult clients facing various acute and chronic mental health conditions. I use a client-centered approach and specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy because I believe that people's reactions to stressful events are influenced by the attitudes they embrace, which shape their behaviors and emotional well-being. I enjoy helping my clients become more self-aware and change maladaptive thoughts and behaviors that negatively impact their quality of life. My focus is to help expand clients' strengths and support them in overcoming barriers and obstacles that interfere with their progress, often by encouraging the adoption of a healthier and more compassionate relationship with themselves. I earned my PsyD and Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University and hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine.
