“I began working with Vlad in mid-July 2025 during a difficult season in my marriage. While my relationship is still a work in progress, it quickly became clear that many of my struggles were rooted in how I was seeing myself — and how much my self-image, confidence, and sense of self-worth had been worn down over time. From the start, Vlad created a safe, steady, and non-judgmental space. Rather than telling me what to do, he helped me uncover deeper patterns behind my thoughts and reactions, gently guiding me toward my own insights while also offering honest, direct feedback when I needed it. Through our work together, I’ve become more self-aware, more compassionate toward myself, and more grounded overall. Rebuilding my sense of self has helped me personally and given me a healthier foundation as I continue working on my marriage. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, perceptive therapist who can challenge you while still being empathetic, I highly recommend Vlad.”

If you’re looking for support, kindness and insight, I highly recommend that you see Vlad. He’s personable, smart, compassionate, and understanding.
I began working with Vlad in mid-July 2025 during a difficult season in my marriage. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, perceptive therapist who can challenge you while still being empathetic, I highly recommend Vlad.
I was looking for a therapist during a painful break-up and a big transition point in my life. Not only did Vlad help me stay grounded in who I was during that time, he also opened up my perspective in so many facets of my life (career, love life, artistic pursuits, spirituality, etc). I have been seeing him for about 6-7 months not and I feel like he has helped me become such a truer and more embodied version of myself. Vlad beautifully blends stern professionalism with a soft and friendly cadence that really allows you to explore your thoughts and experiences in a way that I think is so important (especially as a man). Gratefulness, accountability, and compassion are all seemingly assumed traits of the therapist experience but Vlad wields them in such a way that just cracks you open and allows you to do some serious work on yourself in a kind and meaningful way. Vlad has changed my life in so many amazing ways and I can’t recommend him enough!
Vlad has been my counselor for about seven months now. We work on both personal insight and career goals. He’s an excellent listener, a rare person who hears with both his head and heart. I feel comfortable opening up with him to mend from past disappointments and traumas. He’s also providing structure and guidance with my professional goals, so he’s a valued “shoulder at the wheel” in this area too. I feel very lucky to have found Vlad and wholeheartedly recommend him.
Vlad has and continues to be a guiding force for me. He helps me both on a daily basis with short term issues but also works with me to help resolve longer term and deeper issues. He is practical and insightful in his approach. He helps me see the bigger picture and I genuinely feel that with his guidance I am getting closer to who I want to be in both personal relationships and with accomplishing longer term goals. Thank you Vlad. I feel lucky to have your guidance and insight.
I'm very glad that I took the jump, looked for help, and met Vlad. We started meeting weekly, now nearly a year ago, after a bit of turbulance struck my life. He has been supportive but not enabling, courteous without being insincere, and wise while not being cynical. He is an excellenct listener, a great motivator, and I look forward to our sessions every week. For someone looking for a grounded, genuine perspective on life, I highly recommend Vlad. While never making any moment about himself, he is always finds a personal way to make sessions feel safe, open, and honest. I'm never told how to feel, but I am given ample space to untangle my mind. For this, I will forever be grateful. Also, to note: I find the pricing very reasonable, and he has been extremely flexible with apppointment timings and rescheudling needs.
Vlad is an extraordinary therapist that I see as mentor. He has parted and shared an surplus of knowledge and wisdom. I know for a fact that I am on track to become an authentic version of myself in this life journey. Vlad has helped me compartmentalize my thoughts and feelings around my childhood trauma, the hustle of workforce, and my day to day interactions with people I care about.
Vlad is an excellent therapist. He works with you to identify personal values and helps set goals for work inside and outside of sessions. Conversation with him is easy. He makes you feel seen and heard. I highly recommend.
Vlad is a wonderful therapist who’s kind, patient, insightful and encouraging. After a few therapists, he’s the one I am sticking with long term. As someone dealing with a lot of anxiety, his focus on finding joy and reinforcing successes is very helpful. His warmth and kindness is genuine; without formality or pretense. Vlad’s process with my sessions is a fluid mix between helping me review this week’s problems and transitioning to long-term structural growth topics. A little of both every session. After seeing him for over a year, he has always been on-time and reliable like clockwork. Never running late, never missed a session. Highly recommended!
I've been seeing Vlad since March, now it's been about 8 months. Over the past few years, I have had multiple different therapists, but Vlad has been the one who has changed my life, and perspective on life the most. He's extremely understanding and empathetic and someone that I feel truly cares for me in sessions and out of sessions. I know that if there's something affecting me I can reach out and ask for help. As someone who has always been skeptical of therapy, I find my weekly sessions something to look forward to and motivate me to get through the week. Usually, I wouldn't write such a long review, but I truly believe if you're looking for a great, not a good, but a great therapist, that Vlad is someone who could help you.
Vlad has been super helpful with specific issues I had coming into therapy. He’s great at listening and gives insightful responses. He recommended a book to me that was exactly what I needed at the time. Very much appreciate how perceptive and easy to talk to he is. Our time really flies by and I tend to feel great after each session. Highly recommend.
As a first time patient, I stuck gold when choosing to meet with Vlad. He made me feel comfortable upon first meeting him and I've only grown more comfortable in his presence. We've been working on my low self esteem for several weeks now and I feel we've made progress that I would have never made on my own. I hope you make the choice that's right for you.
Vlad is a wonderful listener who is very intune with how you are feeling on any given session. He is thoughtful and tries to understand the person before planning out a course of action. While he is also structured with working through your specific goals or traumas he can sense the days when things aren't going well and can focus on helping you in the now too . His down to earth style and thoughtful questions have helped me discover more than I ever could of imagined.
Vlad has been a great therapist in my journey. I’ve had female therapists in the past and I made the switch to a male therapist and it has been eye opening. Vlad helps me see new perspectives to understand and be more mindful. I enjoy receiving homework so that I am held accountable of doing the work. I’ve learned things about myself that affects my life. Having Vlad as my therapist has been the best decision I have made. I never felt judged and I always looked forward to my sessions. Vlad is professional, understanding, knowledgeable and skillful. I would highly recommend Vlad to anyone!
Vlad Paramoshin is an excellent specialist, owed mainly to his subtle approach to treatment, and his sincerity. Sessions with Vlad often feel like you're engaging in a regular conversation with someone you know, rather than someone you're seeing. The flow is natural, and very rarely do they become bogged down by clinical exercises or a kind of paralyzing over-analysis. As time goes on, however, his style becomes more apparent. The questions he asks give you more pause than you might think, and you find yourself regularly reflecting on little bits of yourself you hadn't seen before. When he does engage in a clinical exercise, it feels appropriate to the discussion at hand, and never overbearing. This quiet combination of regular conversation, peppered with genuinely insightful analysis, makes Vlad a model for those in his profession. He allows you to work yourself out, lightly guiding you along the way. I would absolutely and highly recommend Vlad Paramoshin to all.
I started going to therapy for the first time at the start of this year and didn’t know what to expect. I feel truly lucky I got in contact with Vlad. Words can really describe the positive impact my sessions with Vlad have had on my life but what I do know is that this man cares. He has a lot of wisdom and I feel like I can share any problem with him and I’ll come out of a session with clarity. Vlad is genuinely a lovely person to speak to and super interesting. He is really focused on making sure sessions are comfortable and that we’re in an environment conducive to sharing. I remember my first session; I was nervous as I had never done therapy before but 5 minutes in I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I’ve learned some great coping mechanisms when it comes to my anxiety and it’s thanks to Vlad. He is so compassionate and I never feel judged - just pure understanding and kindness. If you’re thinking of going to Vlad, stop thinking and just do it, seriously.
I first came to Vlad when I was in genuine crisis mode. To put it plainly: I was a mess. After our first session, though, I remember walking out with a sense of relief and hope. Vlad has a natural calmness and a fine-tuned instinct of knowing when to listen and when to probe for questions. He is also very rich with varied life experiences and is able to relate to my own life experiences. I am very lucky to have found him!
