I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and a trauma-focused framework, depending on the needs of the client. I am dedicated to fostering a non-judgmental space, allowing clients to feel empowered to make positive changes in their lives and progress towards realizing their full potential.
